Accuweather changed their links and discontinued their webOS redirects for the app. The TouchPad app seems largely unaffected but the phones app was rendered broken and bleeding as of a few days ago.
This has been corrected by the community. You can read the start-to-finish solution on the forums and then grab the patch from the download thread.

Unfortunately, Accuradio is suffering from a similar fate and early reports are not looking good to whether it can be patched.
Grab the patch and then thank the devs!
